He knows exactly who I am everytime I go in to see him which is once a year very well respected and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor as a doctor and not one to just give out pain pills to everyone who walks through his doors like all these other doctors

Dr rich has been my family doctor for over 5 years he is very nice and I think he is a very good doctor . I am very glad to have him as my doctor .

I went to him since I was 9 months old and he diagnosed my mom with swimmers ear he helped me get threw many colds I always get nasal and ear infections. ! I recommend him for the whole family, he is extremely nice and welcoming he can get you in same day, and it's never packed the waiting room is nice and has kids magazines unlike some waiting rooms, it's very sanitary and is the best doctor office in town 100% recommend to all - Jenna

First of all that is not my real name. I picked it out years ago because I thought that was what we were supposed to do. LOL. Anyway I like doctor Rich and he is very thorough. He will advise things he believes is good. I may not always do it and he is nice about it. He took care of my mom when she was in the nursing home. My sister said most doctors visit and just pop their head in the door but Dr Rich was thorough. I have been going to him since his father retired.

Ive been seeing Dr rich ever since I was a baby, and I’ll be 23 this year. Hell, my mom and GRANDMOTHER saw his father before Dean took over the practice. I have never had an issue with his mannerisms or anything else. He listens to what your concerns are, but you have to tell him just like you would any doctor. He always remembers who I am, asks how my family is, and so much more. He’s honestly a sweetheart, but will also call you out if you need it. Which honestly, I like. Your doctor needs to hold you accountable. Not coddle you the whole time.

Dr Rich is wonderful, he's so nice & even gave me his phone number in case of an emergency, not many Drs do that anymore. The drive is at least 25 minutes each way and because of inflation I had to find another Dr near my home. I'll miss this Dr and his receptionist Becky. Who knows if things get better, I might come back. Thank you

I think Dr. Rich, Is the most considered, honest, compassionate, and caring doctor you would ever want to meet. No matter what you're going through, he always takes time to talk to you. My son is a patient of his, and my son is very ill. I can always call him and he always take time to consult with me regarding my son. I know there are some good doctor in Akron, but I consider Dr. Rich, to be one of the best doctor in Akron. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

I love Dr Rich's old school way of practice! He still wrights your prescription on a pad. I've been with him 10 years if not more. I changed my health care provider just so he could be my Dr! He is a kind man. Also Becky his secretary is amazing. She decorace's the office all year round for holidays. Just can't say enough good about this office!

I'm not a patient. I'm a sales rep. I just left Dr. Rich after having a very nice conversation. He wasn't interested in what I have to sell, but he was a true gentlemen about. I can't comment on him as a doctor, but I can assure you that he is a very nice gentleman.
